Description

• Support Sparteo's growing international infrastructure by executing system and network administration tasks, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability across our environments. • Monitor and maintain servers, ensuring their optimal performance. • Implement security measures and perform regular system updates and backups. • Manage the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes. • Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot system and network-related issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources align with business needs. • Document IT processes, configurations, and incidents. Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and security in system and network operations.

🎯 Exigences

• Basic understanding of network management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system administration on Linux servers. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively. • Ensuring the reliability and security of systems and networks requires meticulous attention. • Collaboration across departments, especially in assisting non-technical users. • A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and rapidly evolving IT environment. • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) — essential for collaborating across our French headquarters and international teams. • Based in the Nord department (59) — required to ensure fast on-site response for infrastructure incidents at our facilities. • A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, you excel at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints. • You don't just use AI; you design the structured documentation and logic flows that allow intelligent systems to execute our vision with precision.
