Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the product area from discovery through launch and iteration • Align the product area with the overall product portfolio strategy • Maintain a clear, well-organised roadmap for business stakeholders • Make product trade-offs and communicate the reasoning • Tie every release to measurable customer or revenue outcomes • Develop customer and market understanding through user, sales, and production-automation research • Take products from zero to one by identifying needs, validating them, defining the MVP, driving revenue, and iterating • Write detailed product requirements and well-defined specifications • Use AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and communication • Partner with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, support, and executive stakeholders • Define and track adoption, revenue, retention, and customer-impact metrics • Represent the product externally with customers, analysts, and partners

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS • Track record of taking products from zero to one, with demonstrated revenue impact • Comfort operating in significant ambiguity and fast-moving, competitive markets shaped by rapid technology change • Fluency using AI as a day-to-day thinking, building, and communication partner, including AI prototyping and stakeholder communication • Genuine passion for automation and business transformation • Prior experience in the automation or AI/agentic product space is ideal • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience is ideal • Deep understanding of modern agentic frameworks, LLM tooling, and how AI agents are built and evaluated in enterprise contexts is ideal
