Description

• Design static ad creative for Meta, Google and other paid channels at volume and high quality • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms and shape concepts, angles and testing strategy • Make copy tweaks and headline adjustments with the growth team • Build variations across hooks, layouts, formats and audiences for testing • Adapt winning concepts across feed, stories and display placements and sizes • Rapidly iterate based on performance data • Collaborate with growth and brand to maintain consistency with Superpower’s look and feel • Build and maintain a library of ad templates and components • Help Superpower, a health system focused on extending and enhancing human life, scale its paid growth efforts

🎯 Exigences

• 3–6+ years of experience in performance creative, marketing design or paid social design, at a startup, agency or in-house team • Portfolio of static ads demonstrating strong visual craft and a clear point of view • Mastery of Figma • Strong understanding of typography, layout and hierarchy • Comfort with data-informed design and balancing creative ambition with conversion performance • Ability to produce high-quality work quickly • Strong copy judgment and understanding of effective ad concepts • Collaborative and direct working style in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment • Nice to have: experience with health, wellness or DTC brands • Nice to have: experience with A/B testing and performance creative optimization • Nice to have: photography direction or editing skills • Nice to have: familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative analytics tools such as Motion
