Description

• Lead discovery and validation by engaging with internal stakeholders and directly with customers to uncover user needs and pain points • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable our customers to digitalize their work • Formulate hypotheses and define measurable product outcomes • Participate in rituals such as daily stand-ups and reviews • Own a problem space by understanding users and mapping opportunities

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on technology-driven products as a Product Manager or Product Designer, ideally within a start-up or scale-up B2B SaaS environment • Deep knowledge of CAx technologies (geometry kernels, various simulation disciplines) • Ability to translate technical possibilities into clear customer value • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment • Naturally curious about our domain and emerging technologies, with a desire to build a deep understanding of customer workflows and the market context
