TGS est une petite entreprise certifiée 8(a), basée à Anchorage, en Alaska.\n\nTGS a organisé deux unités commerciales : le soutien aux opérations de base (BOS) et nos nouvelles unités de santé Tanaq.\n\nTGS offre à ses clients des services de soutien innovants, conformes, efficaces et économiques, incluant un soutien administratif et professionnel, des services en sciences de la santé, la gestion des données, et l'augmentation du personnel, au sein de notre unité Tanaq Health.\n\nTGS BOS propose des services de support électrique, plomberie, CVC, support mécanique et de gestion de maintenance préventive/prédictive, gestion des installations et services de maintenance générale, maintenance aéronautique, et support logistique pour les clients qui ont besoin d'atteindre la maintenabilité, le contrôle et la responsabilité des inventaires, l'approvisionnement et l'achat d'actifs efficaces, ainsi que des solutions d'expédition, de réception et de stockage.

Description

• Provide extensive knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards in application and assessment of compliance. • Provide working knowledge of TJC tools. • Provide experience as a Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP). • Able to apply experience from working in corporate HQ, large medical systems, or with MHS or DHA. • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff. • Provide excellent coaching/mentoring skills. • Provide a weekly Accreditation and Compliance project status report to be included in the CQM Weekly Performance report. • Follow all statutes, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI’s), and DHA policies and procedures pertaining to the CQM program, training requirements, standards of conduct as established by the DHA Director. and program reporting protocols. • Perform other duties as required.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 10 years combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accreditation and compliance at a large healthcare system, corporate healthcare or HQ. • Must have experience supporting the MHS/DHA. • Experience in Corporate, HQ or large medical system preferred. • Effectively communicate at various levels within the organization. • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or equivalent DHA security clearance and customer approval. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing. • An Associate’s degree in nursing with significant directly related experience may be considered. • Registered Nurse with the ability to maintain current, unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure. • Must be a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM). This is mandatory.
