Description

• Represent Triumph's Equipment Finance Division in local and regional markets • Originate equipment-based loans by initiating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients • Assist with underwriting new transactions from inception to funding, including seeking credit approval • Build and develop a business strategy and network of direct and intermediary relationships • Manage relationships with existing and prospective borrowers • Qualify prospective borrowers by reviewing financial and non-financial information against Triumph Loan Policy and Target Market requirements • Seek credit approval and sell prospective borrowers on offered terms and conditions • Lead negotiation of loan structures during the proposal stage • Review monthly delinquency reports and assist with collection activity • Identify, qualify and refer non-equipment-based lending opportunities to appropriate Triumph business units • Represent TEF in the assigned territory in conformity with Triumph's mission, vision and values

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred • 5 to 7 years in equipment based finance or a similar industry • Outside sales experience preferred • Strong credit fundamentals within a banking or finance company environment • Demonstrated ability to generate and close transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range, including direct origination with prospective clients • Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and decision-making • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills • Attention to detail and mental concentration • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Regular, predictable attendance is required • Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer terminal for an extended period • Light to moderate lifting capability
