Description

• Partner with product leadership to design and evolve Tekmetric's product metrics program • Build and maintain a multi-variable outcome model spanning retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement • Apply regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions • Develop metrics frameworks, taxonomies, and standards • Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, product usage, friction points, and revenue opportunities • Deliver recommendations informing prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs • Translate data into narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and product planning • Manage an analytical work backlog and close the loop with stakeholders • Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits for self-service insights • Train stakeholders on interpreting and using product data • Standardize reporting across product teams • Partner with Engineering and Data teams on event tracking, taxonomy, and data governance • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models using Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, and Redshift

🎯 Exigences

• 5-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles • Foundation in statistical methods, including regression, correlation, and predictive modeling • Exposure to analytics or metrics program work • Track record of translating complex data into actionable recommendations influencing product and business decisions • Experience in SaaS or platform products strongly preferred • Strong command of SQL • Proficiency with modern BI/analytics tools; Looker preferred • Fluency with AI tools for synthesizing, analyzing, and scaling work • Ability to identify stakeholders, manage an independent workload, and explain data implications • Highly organized and process-oriented • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment • Strategic thinking with ability to work at both high-level and detailed levels
