Description

• Support the development and maintenance of project control tools, including project schedules and budgets • Identify and help address potential issues and manage tasks to advance site development activities • Research and evaluate site-specific information necessary to achieve project development goals, including market conditions, site constraints, and feasibility inputs • Identify project constraints and support the development of mitigation solutions • Analyze various elements required to deliver a viable site and contribute to schedule recommendations for completion timelines • Prepare and provide site documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders • Support the breakdown of projects into achievable tasks and assist in managing schedules and workflows • Schedule regular meetings and maintain accurate records and decisions through meeting notes • Support quality assurance by ensuring deliverables meet Terawatt’s standards • Participate in expense management and reporting processes • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Development, Business Development, Product, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Site Operations, and Finance teams. • Serve as an advocate for the electrification of transport and Terawatt’s role in making it happen • Travel as needed (anticipated to be under 30%) to project sites for consultation, progress updates, and issue resolution.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in construction, project management or site development. • Foundational understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Google Workspace
