Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, driving accountability and growth. • Deliver advanced analytics and insights that inform strategic decisions and improve clinical and financial outcomes. • Partner with clinical, product, and business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities. • Design and implement scalable analytics solutions to support client and market needs. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. • Drive innovation by testing, measuring, and refining analytical approaches. • Influence cross-functional partners to align on priorities and deliver measurable results. • Ensure high-quality data practices, including documentation, governance, and reproducibility.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health systems, or health insurance. • Proven experience leading or mentoring analytics teams or initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistical modeling or data mining. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data analysis. • Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating insights into business value. • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
