Description

• Install, technically train customers on, maintain, repair, verify, and qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ) laboratory instruments for genetic analysis in customer laboratories • Perform and accurately document quality assurance activities (IQ/OQ, OQ/PQ, CSV, etc.) in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements • Support customers on site and remotely through telephone support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and user training • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize your own work activities • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers • Prepare timely and detailed service, installation, and expense reports • Identify recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement • Contribute suggestions for the continuous improvement of the customer experience and system performance • Primarily support customers in the Rhine-Main and Heidelberg regions, with occasional assignments in other regions of Germany and elsewhere in Europe

🎯 Exigences

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification • State-certified technician or engineering degree preferred • Ideally, experience in a relevant service role involving life science or medical devices • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills in German, along with good English skills • Proficiency with digital tools, service software, mobile applications, and modern technologies • Enthusiasm for using digital and AI-powered solutions • High willingness to travel (up to 75–100%) • Willingness to work from a home office • Valid Class B driver's license
