• Make demonstrations and presentations for the sale of the company's product; • Identify and address potential purchase obstacles; • Elaboration of personalized value propositions for each client of the company; • Obtain purchase commitment: Close the deal.
• Fluent English; • 1-3+ years of experience in the real estate market (preferably in a brokerage/agency); • Understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions within and between brokers/agencies; • Understanding of technology for real estate professionals; • Service-oriented mentality; • SaaS sales experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Empathetic with the ability to understand customer pain and help with our solutions. • Willingness to grow in a dynamic environment
• Compensation according with the candidate experience and expectations; + Commissions (may reach 40% of the gross annual salary) • Food allowance of 100 euros per month
