• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Financials across multiple client environments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them understand system capabilities, navigate business process configurations, and adopt best practices. • Manage your own workload and client priorities independently, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels. • Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis, testing configuration updates, and coordinating with internal teams. • Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates, assessing impact on client configurations, and recommending adjustments. • Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and operational visibility. • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity. • Strong functional knowledge of one or more of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Core Financials. • Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and condition rules. • Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, explain system behavior, and recommend solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex, cross-module issues. • Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines simultaneously, without losing quality or responsiveness. • Active Workday certification(s) in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Core HCM, Benefits, or Core Financials. • Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards to support operational decision-making. • Prior experience in a consulting firm, managed services organization, or Workday partner environment. • Familiarity with Workday release cycles, tenant management, and SaaS operational best practices. • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of figuring things out.
