Description

• Serve as financial partner to assigned business leaders and participate in operating reviews • Provide financial insight that informs business decisions • Build and maintain financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts • Use artificial intelligence and automation for recurring financial reporting and identification of emerging changes • Investigate variances to budget, forecast, and prior-year results to determine underlying business drivers • Recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities based on performance findings • Interpret KPIs and subscription metrics, including ARR, net revenue retention, churn, and gross margin • Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for emerging business questions • Prepare and present financial deliverables to business leaders and executive management • Translate analysis into actionable recommendations

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required • 5+ years of related experience, required • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, required • Experience evaluating spend from a driver and return-on-investment perspective in a relevant discipline such as ITFM, TBM, FinOps, marketing measurement and LTV:CAC analysis, workforce modeling, or unit economics • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise planning and ERP systems • Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles, including generally accepted accounting principles • Advanced analytical and data modeling skills • Ability to apply artificial intelligence tools to financial modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis • Strong business acumen, analytical judgment, and ability to recommend actions based on root cause findings • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with audiences at all organizational levels, including executives • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and own projects from start to finish • Aptitude and willingness to work AI-first and validate AI output before presenting it to business or executive audiences • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening • Must complete required training or orientation courses • Master's degree, 9+ years of related experience, B2B SaaS experience, Claude reusable skills/workflows, Domo or similar BI platforms, AI agents, and SQL are preferred or strongly preferred
