Description

• Shape the technical strategy and architecture for Financial Management • Identify and prioritize high-impact customer, business, and technical problems • Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Finance, Support, Data, and external vendors • Lead architectural discussions and help sequence the roadmap • Mentor engineers and model engineering excellence • Act as a multiplier driving improvements for productivity and customer impact

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a Java / Kotlin environment • Leverages and explores AI tools to improve workflow • Demonstrated success independently owning complex technical initiatives • Strong judgment designing and operating distributed systems • Proven ability to balance hands-on execution and technical direction • Skilled at aligning engineering, product, design, and leadership stakeholders • Strong customer orientation and understanding of user workflows
