Description

• Own regional revenue performance by leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives. • Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong deal execution while coaching reps on enterprise selling motions. • Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Customer teams to help industrial customers modernize maintenance and reliability operations through Tractian’s technology.

🎯 Exigences

• +2 years of sales leadership experience. • +4 years of successful quota carrying experience selling within a team on large strategic accounts with a proven track record in revenue growth. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector. • Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies. • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
