Description

• Play a critical leadership role in defining and advancing the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional, and highly complex product offerings • Drive the development and management of smart services solutions that deliver customer value and business growth • Support and influence product strategy across the full lifecycle, including strategic pricing, multigenerational product planning, new product development processes, commercialization, customer research, and go-to-market execution • Identify, prioritize, and manage high-impact projects with a high level of autonomy • Partner across functions to align business objectives, market needs, and product innovation

🎯 Exigences

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or a related field preferred • Bachelor's degree required • A technical bachelor’s degree is preferred • Strong knowledge of HVAC applications and systems is highly preferred • Experience with strategic pricing is a plus • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
