• Support the Manager in overseeing daily field sales operations • Serve as a professional brand ambassador and sales leader • Actively engage in face-to-face package sales and guest interaction • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to Vacation Sales Agents • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements • Monitor individual and team performance against established production goals • Assist with workforce scheduling, break coverage, and event staffing logistics • Support setup, teardown, and overall presentation of sales booths and displays • Responsible for travel arrangements for self and team members
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports • Provide exceptional customer service • Ability to efficiently multi-task • Ability to negotiate effectively • Ability to recruit, train and develop employees • Detail oriented and accurate • Problem solving ability • Technical Skills: Maintain up to date knowledge on all company systems such as Mainframe, Journey, Workday • 2 years marketing/sales experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry
