Description

• Architect and develop complex, high-volume integrations with third-party systems • Own the integrations foundation end to end, including self-serve setup, scalability, rate limiting, retries, and observability into integration health • Debug, set up, and maintain live integrations in production, including troubleshooting directly on customer calls • Iterate on backend architecture to support thousands of users while keeping systems robust and scalable • Ensure applications are reliable, well-instrumented, and free from bugs, with clear ownership of integration-health monitoring • Help shape product and architecture strategy, including tools, practices, and platform decisions • Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to ship and support integrations with real users

🎯 Exigences

• 8–12 years of full-stack development experience, approximately 80% backend and 20% frontend • Highly proficient in TypeScript and Node (Express) • Strong experience in data schema modeling and relational databases • Deep experience building read/write integrations with third-party systems and transferring large data volumes daily • Strong grasp of ETL, data normalization, webhooks, polling, idempotency, rate limiting/throttling, back-off and retry logic, and dead-letter queues • Experience with API design and lifecycle, public/external APIs, API versioning, OAuth, and authentication • Experience with scheduled jobs, workers, and queue systems such as Prisma, BullMQ, SQS, or RabbitMQ • Comfortable debugging live issues and gathering integration requirements on customer calls • Ability to instrument systems so failures surface before customers notice • Ability to reason about infrastructure trade-offs including worker scaling, queue backpressure, and failure isolation • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, read and reason about generated code, and apply independent judgment
