Description

• Identify and frame business problems through stakeholder engagement, research, data analysis, and user feedback • Own and maintain the 6–12 month product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and customer needs • Translate product strategy into requirements and actionable plans for digital products • Build business cases linking features and initiatives to measurable business goals • Define and validate MVPs, prototypes, and pilot solutions • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support daily delivery execution, clarify requirements, and make prioritization decisions • Review and accept completed work against acceptance criteria • Coordinate product releases with delivery teams and stakeholders • Maintain product requirements documents, customer journey maps, voice-of-customer analyses, product analytics, and business impact dashboards • Champion technology adoption, process improvements, and product adoption activities • Monitor ROI, adoption, business impact, KPIs, market trends, competitive offerings, and market signals • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, updates, and outcomes • Conduct user and stakeholder research to understand workflows, pain points, and needs • Collaborate with business services and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive alignment • Drive go-to-market readiness, launch planning, internal adoption, enablement, demos, presentations, proposals, and commercialization activities • Communicate product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders • Foster innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and team growth

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, program management, project management, or agile practice management • Proven success managing complex products or programs in a matrix organization • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, preferred • Knowledge of data structures, including AI architecture, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines, preferred • Relevant military experience considered • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support team efforts
