Description

• Support the preparation of commercial presentations, proposing versions to be validated by a specialist or by the coordination; • Organize and validate clients' basic documents for fundraising; • Gather benchmarking material on sponsorship tiers and counterpart benefits from other organizations, suggesting a plan to be validated by a specialist or the team coordination; • Understand and use the logic of the funding plan that was created; • Support the development of prospecting cadence materials, following guidance from a specialist or team coordination; • Maintain and update CRM entries; • Develop prospecting cadence materials to be validated by a specialist or coordination; • Send approved fundraising emails and automations, as well as prepare them with support; • Complete grant applications and company forms; • Respond to clients directly, always with validation from team leadership; • Coordinate with the specialist or team coordination on meetings between companies and the client, or attend simple meetings with companies alongside the client; • Supervise intern staff, under the coordinator's oversight, delegating operational tasks; • Issue and control sponsorship receipts.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree (field open to any area of study); • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; • Residency in one of the following states: Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, Acre, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, or Amapá; • Knowledge of commercial tools such as CRM is a plus.
