Description

• Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States. • Managing a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team. • Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions. • Overseeing due diligence activities and underwriting assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and operator, offtaker, and facility information. • Advising on strategic transactions and commercial matters.

🎯 Exigences

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required. • Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects. • Fluent with technology and remote work. • Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state. • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship. • Entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit. • A love of adventure and passion for learning. • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment. • Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills.
