Description

• As a Digital Consultant (all genders), you take on strategic advisory and operational support for our clients in digital transformation projects • Together with your team, you develop system recommendations for modern IT landscapes composed of PIM, CRM, CMS and/or marketing automation, taking digital trends and developments into account • You do not tolerate stagnation • As a thinking partner, source of initiatives and driver of innovation, you strive for the best tailored solution for our clients • We work holistically, from project planning to implementation and success measurement • Throughout the entire process, you are a point of contact for both your colleagues and clients and support project implementation in the sense of a “proof of concept” • You create transparency in the project process and empower clients to independently resolve obstacles

🎯 Exigences

• You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English • Thanks to your experience supporting digital projects, you are ready to start with us as a Digital Consultant (m/f/d) • You have developed an understanding of (multi-)platform orchestration and administration, as well as API management and security • Agile methods, change management, project management and creative workshop methods such as Design Thinking are among your competencies, which you demonstrate in daily business through your "hands-on" mentality • Ideally, you are familiar with implementing web, cloud-native, data, RPA or cognitive platforms, including operating and introduction models such as CI/CD, microservice architecture and domain-driven design or similar
