Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows supporting demand generation, outbound prospecting, campaign execution, and marketing operations • Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing and sales platforms • Build and optimize agents for account research, prospect identification, personalized outreach, campaign creation, and performance analysis • Develop automated prospecting workflows with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and qualified pipeline • Create systems to launch, monitor, test, and optimize marketing campaigns with human review and approval processes • Build workflows using product updates, customer insights, and CRM data to inform marketing and improve personalization • Evaluate new AI models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and automation platforms • Build monitoring, reporting, and feedback loops to measure effectiveness, reliability, and business impact • Implement safeguards, testing, monitoring, and approval processes for accurate, secure, and brand-aligned workflows • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to eliminate manual work and unlock growth capabilities

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, automation engineering, or a related technical role • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based applications • Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development • Experience with automation tools and AI development platforms • Ability to design, build, debug, and maintain reliable automated systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes • Comfort working independently, rapidly prototyping ideas, and iterating based on performance data • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders • A kind person • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM technology platforms • Experience with automated prospecting, lead enrichment, account-based marketing, or outbound sales workflows • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lead generation, and pipeline metrics • Experience with data pipelines, SQL, analytics platforms, or CRM data models • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or FinOps • Experience with AI agent evaluation, observability, and production monitoring • Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth technology company
