• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers in Managed & Cloud Services. • Business development: Identify new business opportunities (Cloud, Data Center & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Digital Workspace, Enterprise Networks) and win new customers. • Project ownership: Independently plan, estimate and execute bespoke customer projects — from proposal preparation to contract negotiations. • Consulting & solution development: Design tailored Managed Services and Cloud solutions in collaboration with our technical experts. • Market analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the Cloud and Managed Services market, identifying new trends and opportunities. • Pre-sales coordination: Coordinate pre-sales activities and support complex RFPs and tender processes.
• Completed commercial or technical training or degree — preferably with a focus on IT • Relevant experience in sales or account management for complex IT products or services • Advantageous: Knowledge of Cloud Computing, virtualization, networking, Cyber Security or Managed Services • Negotiation skills, strong communication, project management capabilities, service- and customer-orientation, and the ability to work independently and proactively • Willingness to travel within Germany • Fluent German and good English skills
