Description

• End-to-end responsibility for managing and optimizing clients’ TikTok Shops • Analyze the current state and implement specific measures • Manage shops based on revenue, conversion rate, and average order value • Optimize product listings, shop structure, and product presentation to increase visibility and conversions • Develop performance-driven shop and campaign strategies • Analyze performance KPIs, derive optimization measures, and present recommendations to clients • Continuously test new formats, offers, and platform features • Support the development and optimization of creator and affiliate programs • Develop suitable activations for clients • Coordinate implementation with internal teams and clients in a multi-brand setup

🎯 Exigences

• Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, e-commerce, or performance marketing • Proven experience successfully developing and growing shops or campaigns • Experience with creator or affiliate marketing • Strong understanding of TikTok platform dynamics • Analytical mindset for evaluating performance KPIs and making data-driven decisions • Understanding of the interplay between product presentation, content, and the customer journey • Structured working style and the ability to maintain an overview while managing multiple clients in a multi-brand setup • Confident client communication, with the ability to convey recommendations clearly, persuasively, and in a solution-oriented manner • Very good German and English language skills
