• Participate in a paid, 6-month sales training program • Follow prescribed training schedule, reporting, and department transitions • Attain practical knowledge of department functions and workflows • Study, document, and understand manufacturing processes • Complete assigned tasks, objectives, and/or goals associated with each department • Maintain post-sale contact with customers
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Experience in the print industry is helpful, but not required • Salesforce experience is helpful, but not required • Availability to travel and/or temporarily relocate as needed for training • United States work authorization is required (Walsworth does not offer employment sponsorship) • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Training for a role in the Print Industry • 6-month paid sales training program • Knowledge of printing processes and techniques • Salesforce software training • Understanding common problems in manufacturing processes
