Description

• Develop and optimize innovative eLearning formats within the Skilled Learning Factory (SeLF) team at WBS GROUP • Design and produce interactive learning materials • Improve the user experience of eLearning offerings • Develop pedagogically sound, digital, and scalable learning experiences • Generate text, audio, image, and video content using AI tools • Use AI tools in the instructional design process • Create and revise learning materials with authoring tools • Collaborate with subject-matter experts • Support the team in administering the Learning Management System (LMS)

🎯 Exigences

• Completed education in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics • At least two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development • Experience using AI tools in the instructional design process and for content generation • Experience with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Area9 • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator • Experience designing digital learning experiences • Experience with Human-Centered Design • Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts • Experience in writing and storytelling • Creativity in developing interactive and engaging digital learning materials • Experience in pedagogy, structuring, and designing online courses using authoring tools • Experience working with learning management systems • Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to change • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams • Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility • Team player • Work samples in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development must be included with the application • Strong interest in new trends in eLearning • Experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is a plus
