Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your field with passion and foresight • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants • In your lesson design you see yourself both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D • Use of a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Preparation and development of instructional materials based on the curriculum • Conducting measurements of competency gains

🎯 Exigences

• A relevant commercial vocational qualification with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll clerk, HR administrator) • Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV • Payroll accounting with Lexware • Fundamentals of payroll processing • Advanced payroll processing • Proof of pedagogical qualification (AEVO) • Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
