• Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake’s sales objectives. • Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs. • Train • Provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos to the sales force. • Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits. • Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, Regional activities, special events and seminars. • Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred • Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience, required • Previous Outside Sales Experience, preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook), required • Knowledge of Web Applications, required • Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL, beneficial
