Description

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing construction projects • Track project progress and ensure timelines are being met • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and following up on orders • Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets • Maintain and update project documentation using spreadsheets and project management tools • Support communication across teams via email and virtual meetings • Assist in identifying potential project risks or delays and flagging them proactively

🎯 Exigences

• Hands-on experience in construction project coordination or project management support • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • High attention to detail, especially when working with budgets and invoices • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Availability to work full-time in a remote environment • Previous experience supporting construction or engineering projects • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination • Experience reviewing financial documents such as invoices or budgets • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team • Preference for candidates who are comfortable working on a Mac-based environment
