Description

• Design, build, and refine sophisticated financial models to support decision-making and long-term forecasting. • Collaborate with leadership and the finance team to align financial projections with organizational goals. • Review and improve existing models and financial reports created by peers. • Partner with data teams to ensure financial accuracy and model efficiency. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for optimization. • Present findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner. • Maintain data integrity across financial documents and ensure compliance with internal standards. • Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools and assist in training these systems to enhance financial processes.

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of proven experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Finance. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting, and forecasting principles. • Demonstrated experience creating and interpreting complex financial models. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail, high initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. • Ideal applicants will bring experience beyond small-business bookkeeping, with exposure to broader financial analysis or corporate finance operations.
