Bhavin’s Office comprises Product and Engineering leadership that takes one of the ideas from concept to PMF and PCF (described below) - • Product Market Fit (PMF) - The Product solves an actual Problem for a specific Persona 2-3x better than any existing solutions for the Problem. • Product Channel Fit (PCF) - The Product can get Customers at scale through at least one traction channel at a CAC less than LTV • About the Role • As a Sr Product Manager, Crypto Trading, you will report into Bhavin, and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts and work alongside rockstar engineers driving the vision, strategy, and execution of various zero to 1 Web3 Products leveraging Crypto, Blockchain, Smart Contracts in the DeFi space. • Job Location: USA (Remote)

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years in Product Management, at least 3 of which are spent in Web3, Defi, Crypto with a Crypto Infra Platform, Exchange, Fintech, Web3, DeFi, Wallet company. • Direct experience launching crypto or trading features, ideally for retail users. • Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, including custody, liquidity sourcing, wallet types (custodial vs non-custodial), on-chain vs off-chain settlements. • Familiarity with crypto regulatory and compliance landscape in the U.S. (e.g., BitLicense, MSB licensing, MTL requirements, BSA/AML obligations). • Passion for crypto, financial inclusion, and building user-first financial products. • Excellent strategic insight on conceptualizing and prioritizing ideas. • In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms. • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. • Meticulous in program management processes.
