📋 Description

• You analyze the needs of our markets and develop an iterative roadmap for rolling out our digital core platform, new features, and services to both existing and new markets. • You act as a key link between Product and Engineering and our markets, fostering the integration of new digital tools and services that enhance our core offering. • You align priorities and manage dependencies across markets, the business, Product, and Engineering. • You monitor system usage and business impact using KPIs and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to stakeholders in Engineering, Business, and Markets. • You take ownership of driving adoption of the core operations platform in our branches and initiate corrective actions when expected business outcomes are not met. • You continuously identify levers for improvement along the customer journey, evaluate potential solutions (in-house or SaaS), and pilot them with markets and departments. • You lead the technical migration of historical data during rollouts or in later phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management roles, particularly in international or intercultural contexts. • Demonstrated ability to drive complex change-management and adoption initiatives across diverse, distributed user groups. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy to foster collaboration and support branches through change. • A hands-on mentality that enables you to drive projects to completion and proactively find solutions. • Experience balancing and aligning competing stakeholder priorities (e.g., market demands vs. product capacity). • Proven experience in selecting vendors for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. • Experience with technical data migrations between SaaS platforms. • Excellent written and spoken English and German. • Residence in Germany. • Bonus points for: • Experience with CRM systems and similar SaaS solutions. • Experience/contacts in the trades (crafts).
