📋 Description

• Drive the design, architecture, and implementation of SIM, eSIM, iSIM, and Remote SIM Provisioning solutions • Ensure compliance with GSMA and industry standards • Secure and optimize IoT SIM lifecycle management, Over-the-Air provisioning, and interoperability with global partners and platforms • Define and implement solutions for OTA, Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP), eUICC/eSIM management, and secure key management • Act as a subject-matter expert on GSMA specifications, 3GPP, and ETSI standards related to SIM/eSIM and security • Collaborate with platform, product, and development teams to design SIM lifecycle services from provisioning to retirement • Lead assessments of SIM, eSIM, and RSP vendors and partners to ensure interoperability and scalability • Provide architectural governance and technical guidance for secure SIM OTA management, subscription management, and remote key handling • Participate in strategy discussions and represent the company in technical forums, industry bodies, and partner workshops • Provide internal support and deep SIM/eSIM expertise to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field • Deep knowledge of GSMA, ETSI, 3GPP, and GlobalPlatform specifications • Strong understanding of OTA, eUICC lifecycle management, RSP platforms, and subscription management • Experience with key management frameworks such as PKI, HSM, and AWS CloudHSM • Hands-on experience working with SIM vendors, SM-DP/SM-SR providers, and MNOs • Proven track record of implementing SIM-related solutions and leading development teams • Ability to design secure, scalable, and interoperable SIM/eSIM solutions on public cloud platforms • Industry certifications such as GSMA eSIM/RSP training, GlobalPlatform Technical Specialist, or PKI/HSM vendor certifications are highly valued • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and assertiveness • Experience working in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams • Strong stakeholder and partner management capabilities • Team leadership and mentoring experience • Fluent in English; German is an advantage • Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
