📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve customer outcomes and create differentiation. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. • Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launches. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments. • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide leadership and direction to drive team success.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role • Experience in the software or technology industry, with preference towards those with a history in automation or workflow management solutions • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies
