We are a clinician-led company with over two decades of experience in digital health. As consultants we craft bespoke strategies for clients in the healthcare sector, and as a studio we spine out companies – from research labs of a hospital to commercial ventures with a hospital. We pride ourselves on our nimble approach that connects strategy with action, going deeper than traditional consulting firms by leveraging our real-world experience to ensure practical and impactful solutions. • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team, with a focus on investment banking and strategic advisory services within the digital health sector. In this role, you will support client engagements and assist with day-to-day project activities for startups, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Support the execution of financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities in the digital health space. • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs are met within deadlines. • Conduct primary and secondary research on clinical, technology, business, and financial topics relevant to clients and investment opportunities. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights for strategic and financial recommendations. • Coordinate and participate in interviews with clients, customers, providers, and thought leaders to gather market intelligence and deal insights. • Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables such as pitch decks, investment memoranda, reports, and presentations. • Help create thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts, and research publications to enhance the firm’s visibility. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role. • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, payment models, digital health landscape, and healthcare investment trends is preferred.
