⢠Conduct outbound calls to warm leads across various lead sources ⢠Engage prospects in clear, professional English or Spanish depending on lead language preference ⢠Follow structured scripts and protocols to ensure consistent messaging ⢠Communicate value propositions and determine interest level for mortgage consultations ⢠Qualify prospects according to provided criteria ⢠Schedule appointments for or warm-transfer directly to licensed loan officers ⢠Update and maintain detailed notes within LOAI CRM ⢠Track outreach attempts, outcomes, and follow-ups ⢠Re-engage older warm leads and previously unresponsive prospects ⢠Provide daily or weekly outreach summaries as required
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) ⢠Excellent verbal communication skills; must be clear, concise, and confident ⢠Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer engagement roles ⢠Prior CRM experience (any platform) required; Loan Officer CRM AI training will be provided ⢠Strong attention to detail, especially in note-taking and CRM documentation ⢠Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with targets or quotas ⢠Mortgage or real estate background not required , but a plus
