📋 Description

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P): process vendor bills, supplier payments, and expense reimbursements • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R): issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations • Track expenses and ensure proper categorization • Maintain the general ledger accurately and up to date • Assist with payroll preparation when needed • Generate standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review • Support accountants during audits or tax filing • Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling for management • File and organize company records and documents • Assist with HR-related support (employee onboarding, timesheet tracking, leave records) • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers • Prepare presentations, reports, and memos as needed • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Provide general executive and departmental support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant (at least 2+ years) • Proficiency in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High attention to detail and accuracy.
