⢠Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) ⢠Manage Accounts Payable (A/P): process vendor bills, supplier payments, and expense reimbursements ⢠Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R): issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts ⢠Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations ⢠Track expenses and ensure proper categorization ⢠Maintain the general ledger accurately and up to date ⢠Assist with payroll preparation when needed ⢠Generate standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review ⢠Support accountants during audits or tax filing ⢠Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling for management ⢠File and organize company records and documents ⢠Assist with HR-related support (employee onboarding, timesheet tracking, leave records) ⢠Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers ⢠Prepare presentations, reports, and memos as needed ⢠Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements ⢠Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ⢠Provide general executive and departmental support
⢠Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant (at least 2+ years) ⢠Proficiency in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) ⢠Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting ⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills ⢠Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ⢠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ⢠High attention to detail and accuracy.
