📋 Description

• Support the Sales Director with executive administration, calendar management, and communication • Organize the Sales Director's inbox and prioritize emails • Maintain CRM records and assist with customer meetings • Help with administrative purchasing tasks and documentation organization • Schedule personal appointments and coordinate personal errands • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency • Provide high-quality, task-specific services as a contractor

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience required • Experience supporting sales executives or business owners preferred • Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 proficiency required • CRM experience (GoHighLevel or similar) preferred • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Professional phone communication experience • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
