📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients • Generate new leads and qualify prospects • Set appointments and book meetings for the sales team • Follow the provided scripts, workflows, and sales processes • Update and manage lead information accurately in the CRM • Maintain organized records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups • Communicate regularly with the client regarding progress and results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting • Strong verbal communication and conversational English skills • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Ability to handle objections professionally and effectively • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialing systems (or willingness to learn) • Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (required)
