⢠Support a growing property management business overseeing multiple residential properties. ⢠Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle invoices and billing tasks. ⢠Respond to emails, return phone calls, and route incoming requests appropriately. ⢠Assist with managing maintenance requests and property turnover activities. ⢠Track ongoing property-related tasks and ensure timely follow-up. ⢠Help coordinate vendors and service providers as needed.
⢠Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Property Management Assistant. ⢠Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ⢠Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. ⢠Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently. ⢠Experience handling invoices, billing, or administrative financial tasks. ⢠Strong attention to detail and follow-through. ⢠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ⢠Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred. ⢠Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor communications preferred. ⢠Familiarity with property management workflows and tenant communication preferred. ⢠Customer service experience is a plus.
