📋 Description

• Review realistic international commercial arbitration matters • Assess legal reasoning, procedural analysis, strategic recommendations, correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Review matters involving recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards • Evaluate enforcement strategies, procedural requirements, potential obstacles, and practical considerations • Evaluate complex disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, including jurisdictional, procedural, and strategic considerations • Review sanctions and export-control matters and assess regulatory restrictions and their interaction with dispute strategy • Evaluate emergency measures and interim relief, including procedural options, remedies, urgency, and enforcement considerations • Read synthetic legal matters and underlying documents • Review six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F • Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Select the stronger response based on substantive legal quality • Provide short, specific written reasoning for every preference decision • Reference relevant strengths, weaknesses, omissions, and practical considerations • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer based in the United Kingdom • Substantive professional experience in international arbitration and cross-border disputes • Strong experience in one or more of: international arbitration; arbitral award enforcement; cross-border disputes; sanctions and export controls; emergency or interim relief • Able to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Strong legal analytical skills • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Able to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • Must not use external AI tools on project materials • Must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable
