• Become a trusted advisor and business transformer • Work side-by-side with executives and frontline teams • Turn Epicor ERP into the central nervous system of clients’ operations • Streamline processes, boost profitability, and drive serious growth
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of distribution operations and ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a big plus – we’ll train the right person) • High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people at every level • Excellent communication skills – you listen, speak, write, and align teams naturally • Sharp organization and the discipline to turn ideas into measurable results • High energy, confidence, and grit to tackle tough challenges • 3+ years in distribution (operations, accounting, sales, consulting, or ERP/supply chain)
