📋 Description

• Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel • Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management • Design, construct, and test Pega applications • Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency • Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments • Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies • Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states

🎯 Requirements

• IRS MBI Clearance required • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher certification • 6+ years in Pega development • Agile proficiency • Case management expertise • Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data insights • Knowledge of scaled Agile practices for large implementations • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree • Experience at IRS preferred • General understanding of IRS organizations and tax administration programs preferred • Experience in business architecture design with the Pega platform preferred • Experience designing data models preferred • Pega experience within the IRS organization or another large public organization preferred • Experience leading business process modernization in large organizations preferred • Experience working within SAFe preferred • Experience in the federal contracting market helpful but not required
