• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Pega Developer. • Location: Remote. • Duration: Full-Time. • IRS MBI Clearance needed. • Pega Developer Responsibilities: Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel. • Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management. • Design, construct, and test Pega applications. • Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency. • Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments. • Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies. • Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states.

🎯 Requirements

• Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher. • Experience: 6+ years in Pega development; Agile proficiency; case management expertise. • Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data insights. • Knowledge of scaled Agile practices for large implementations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
