📋 Description

• Direct responsibility for Electronics Key Accounts in Northern Europe • Identification of new business opportunities for 3M technologies across North Europe • Achieve sales goals through developing and driving Channel growth plans • Develop and execute plans to drive innovative new products into Electronics Channels • Strong Key Account management and relationship development within existing account base • Strategic alignment and tactical coordination across the 3M organisation • Sales Enablement: Drive partner enablement programs, training, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities • Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors • Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge and understanding of Electronics market and value chain • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills • Good knowledge of CRM systems • Business or Marketing degree level or equivalent qualification/experience • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is preferred • Previous experience of working within an international matrix organisation • Resilience, Accountability and Adaptability
