• Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography • Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities • Manage, support and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers • Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers • Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts
• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Current, valid Driver’s license is required • Fluent in English-Speaking and Writing • Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M Industrial & Safety Market Center • Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships • Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales experience • French Language Fluency
