📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for the PPE personal protection product portfolio with industrial customers, focusing on profitable growth of your product groups and building a strong customer network • Manage and support an existing on-site customer base with professional expertise • Initiate and manage projects with product specialists and application engineers to deliver innovative customer solutions and strengthen efforts on safety projects • Successfully execute product launches and manage project work to develop customer-specific and sales-promoting measures, as well as technical solutions • Maintain and expand a strong customer network to support the growth of the 3M personal safety portfolio in Germany • Implement and adhere to the sales concept, and develop and execute the objectives and annual plans of the Personal Safety Division in your territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration or commercial training and/or a Master's degree or diploma in sales; ideally with field sales experience • Experience in the PPE market in Germany • Good understanding of complex customer structures and processes • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Ability to understand complex technical personal protection products and to generate suitable product solutions for customers • Strong project management skills and a pronounced ability to work as a team player • Fluent in German and good command of English • Analytical skills • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
