📋 Description

• Manage and follow up with channel partners in the territory, including customer incentive plan execution, promotional plans, commercialization tools deployment, trainings, and joint activities coordination • Manage and follow up with important end user accounts and MSOs, including negotiation, standard operating procedures implementation, consultation, KPI follow-up and audits • Coordinate with the end user team and channel partners involved • Work closely with the sales manager to implement action plans and achieve sales, penetration, body shop targeting, and new product launch objectives • Work closely with Application Engineers on testing, process development, and related technical activities • Maintain the CRM tool, including customer file updates, activity tracking, and opportunity pipeline management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in car collision repair industry • Proficiency in IT tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams presentations • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce • Analytical skills, rigor, initiative, and ability to propose solutions • Leadership, influencing skills, and negotiation ability • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit • Proficiency in English is preferred/nice-to-have • Preferably based in Barcelona • Ability to travel up to 70% within the assigned region • Full-time availability • English version of resume required
