📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and convert opportunities into strategic partnerships • Qualify and assess inbound leads through introductory conversations • Prioritise high-potential business opportunities for the sales team • Manage timely and personalised follow-up with leads • Support clients throughout the sales journey and help them select and implement suitable programmes • Maintain accurate CRM records for reporting, lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking • Collaborate with marketing and programme teams to achieve sales objectives and optimise lead generation and conversion strategies • Drive business development through industry events, strategic partnerships, trade associations, and stakeholder engagement across Europe and other relevant markets • Act as a subject matter expert in sustainability and business aviation • Stay informed of industry developments and represent thought leadership at conferences, forums, and other industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of sales and business development principles • Knowledge of client requirements relating to emissions reporting, sustainability programmes, and relevant regulatory and voluntary schemes • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, management, and external stakeholders • Innovative and proactive mindset with strong critical thinking skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a collaborative, small-team environment • Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience in sales or business development • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Strong IT skills • Fluency in an additional European language, preferably German • Knowledge of the aviation industry • Working knowledge of sustainability industry, including carbon offsets, sustainable fuels, and new technology (preferable but not required) • Working knowledge of European sustainability and climate policy frameworks, including EU ETS, ReFuelEU Aviation, and CSRD (preferable but not required) • Working knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to the business aircraft industry (preferable but not required)
